Why choose an oral surgeon?
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a sub-speciality in dentistry, in which training extends 4-6 years beyond dental school.
The oral surgeon specializes in more complex surgical cases within the oral cavity, which include wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, evaluation and treatment of oral pathology, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, cleft lip and palate, and cosmetic facial surgery. In addition, the oral surgeon has extensive training in anesthesia, where they spend 4-5 months on the anesthesia staff in a hospital and running the anesthesia for operating room-level surgeries.

Fee does not include Abutment and Crown, which is done by a partner dentist, and other treatments, which may be required in some circumstances, such as bone grafts

- Cone-beam CT scan or panoramic x-ray
- 4 wisdom teeth extraction
- IV sedation
- Working with a team of experienced experts
Lower Overdenture Implants

The treatment fee includes:
- Complete oral evaluation
- Cone-beam CT scan
- Extractions if needed
- IV sedation
- 2 implants
- Bone grafts if necessary
- Working with a team of experienced experts who can deliver a life changing smile
Fee does not include other treatments, which may be required in some circumstances, such as gum grafts. The actual denture is not included, and this is done by your general dentist. If you do not have a general dentist, we are happy to refer you to a group of highly trained dentists that we trust and work closely with.

Meet dr. ganti
Dr. Ajay Ganti is a dual degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon who practices full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Ganti earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine. He then matriculated into the Emory University School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD). Dr. Ganti completed his surgical residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University Hospital, with advanced training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery and reconstructive surgery. In addition, he completed a General Surgery internship within the Emory University Department of Surgery.

Let me say this, I have severe anxiety and Dr. Ganti and Koti made me feel extra comfortable. I was shocked that it only took about 20 mins for the entire treatment (numbing and extraction) wow!! Dr. Ganti called me later in the evening to check on me, and that was a great gesture. His bedside manner is top tier. I highly recommend.
